Our Equipment

We are building equipment to make solar cells in a roll to roll process.

Below is a picture of one side of our roll to roll coater.

Below is a picture of some of our refining equipment that is used to bring 600 micron powders down to nanocrystalline size. These devices also alloy our powders.

Below is a picture of our automated device that picks up each solar cell using the blue vacuum cup as seen and places the cell on the rotating index table as seen to the left in the picture. On the precision rotating table the cell has a thin strip of aluminum foil adhered to one edge. It then goes to another station where a sheet of clear protective material is added sealing it. The top contact then becomes the aluminum foil strip that has been added. After that the cell goes to a testing station that records each cells output. From there the cell is picked up from the table and dropped onto a slide.

We have all of the equipment to make nano powders for our solar cells.
We also have all of the equipment to do the chemistry for our patent applied for solar cells.

We are simply waiting on the completion of our unique and patentable roll to roll printing device to make our solar cells.

Our Solar Cells

Our cells are cut from the roll of aluminum foil as seen below. This acts as the back contact for the cell.

Below is a picture of 600 micron powders that we make from chunks. These are then refined and alloyed. After that surface impurities are removed using a process that we developed that is not shown.

Below is a picture of one of our cells that we make by hand using graphite graphene, and other chemicals.

Below is a picture of two of our hand made cells.
Note one of the top edges of one of the cells makes contact
with an edge of the bottom of another cell creating a series relationship.

We will have solar cells once our production equipment is complete.

Patents & Trademark

Management has filed for and/or been issued patent (s) on various aspects of this process.
These patents have been assigned to the company. These patents and trademark are listed in our 10 K
which can be accessed by a link below. We have filed a patent for our dye doped solar cell invention entitled "Dye Doped Graphite Graphene Solar Cell on Aluminum Foil". The title hopefully in simple words describes what the patent is about.

We hold a trademark on our printing method and design.

This trademarked design as shown on the tee shirt on one of our glove boxes in one of our
lab rooms represents the results of our electrostatic printing method for our solar cells.

Science

This cell is a hybrid dye doped solar cell. This solar cell does not rely upon a liquid electrolyte. This is the result of 12 years worth of work and thousands of tests. All of the materials in our solar cell can be safely recycled.

Internet Marketing of Solar Cells

This company is an outgrowth of a highly successful experience in Internet marketing of
photovoltaic solar cells to people in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Central and South America,
Malaysia, France, China, India, Africa and elsewhere. This experience led us to conclude that the simpler a web
site is the more successful it is as a marketing platform. Our approach in simple language is, here is what we have, here is what it does and here is how you buy it; 61,000 emails in 10 months demonstrate that works. Our policy is to let the customer's creativity find applications. This policy has been highly successful. Management's former Internet solar cell trading operation had 80% pre tax margins on $250,000.00 per month in sales before management sold it. That situation was unique.

We are establishing Photovoltaics Forums so that people can log on to find jobs in the Photovoltaic Industry and so that other forums can be established hopefully where questions can be answered concerning Photovoltaics. This effort is being done to help people all over the globe. That site is

New Developments

While working on our solar cells we discover a interesting reaction. That reaction deals with CO2. We have set up a subsidiary to do the work on this process. That subsidiary is CO2 Inc. A patent has been filed on a process dealing with the separation of CO2 into its resultant parts carbon and oxygen. This patent has been assigned to CO2 Inc. This process has the potential to produce, downstream; C-60, carbon nano tubes and graphene sheets. You can read a brief description of what we have observed at www.carbondioxideseparation.com
